At The Poetry Pharmacy, we want you to be completely enamored with your sartorial choices; however, if a piece doesn't resonate with your soul, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items remain in their original, unworn condition with all poetic tags intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is protected, and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Review and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new selection within 5-7 business days.
